Description

Bill’s responsibilities include business development for the Design-Build firm VIP Structures, located in downtown Syracuse.  Bill is involved with strengthening business relationships with prospective and past clients while ensuring that the appropriate level of service from each of our company’s integrated business units – architectural, engineering, construction and development is provided to best serve our customer. 

Since 1975, VIP’s in-house teams have implemented the Design-Build approach with the goal of integrating into the customer’s project the best elements of architecture, engineering, construction and development.  This interdisciplinary dynamic has allowed VIP to be highly adaptable to client needs while successfully executing and managing a wide range of projects at all levels of complexity.

VIP Structures strives to bring LEED approaches to the forefront of every project, educating the owner to the many benefits – both financial and environmental – which come from applying sustainable design elements to their project.

Bill has been with VIP Structures for 34 years.  He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and lives in Manlius with his wife, Tammy.
